How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free, Australia wide on orders over $60.
Shipping costs will be shown at the shipping section of the order process and will be dependant on the size of order and the location we are sending it too. At many points throughout the year ACTIVEAUSSIE Skincare will offer free shipping on all orders, Australia wide.
How long does standard delivery take?
All delivery timeframes are an estimate only and ACTIVEAUSSIE Skincare will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays.
Standard shipping within Australia takes 2-10 business days, depending on your location. Please note order dispatch may be delayed up to 48 hours during peak promotional periods. All orders are sent via a courier service and tracking will be emailed to you when the order is picked, packed and ready to ship.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email info@activeaussieskincare.au.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs will be shown at the shipping section of the order process and will be dependant on the size of order and the location we are sending it too.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of despatch, provided products are unused and in resalable condition. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns. To enquire about making a return or exchange, please email info@activeaussieskincare.au with your order number and details of the item/s you'd like to return.
Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?
As soon as your purchase is complete we begin the handling and packing process so we can get your items to you in a timely manner. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address please call 0483893264 Mon-Fri 9am-4pm AEDT or if after hours email info@activeaussieskincare.au and we will do our best to assist where your order has not already been despatched.
ACTIVEAUSSIE Skincare is looking to launch in multiple markets. Products sold in Australia or online will help support children and young people within Australia. Sales through retailers in other markets will help support children and young people in that market by us working with multiple organisations locally.
